Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

• Flat, Level Surface: LED floors must be placed on a stable, even surface like concrete, or a leveled subfloor. Uneven ground can cause panels to shift or malfunction.
• Dry Conditions Only: They cannot be exposed to rain, puddles, or drink spills. If there's any chance of moisture, a commercial-grade tent is strongly recommended.
• Weather Monitoring: Setup should only proceed if the forecast is clear. Even light rain or high humidity can damage the electronics.
• Power Access: Most LED floors require 1–2 standard outlets. Battery-powered options exist but are less common

 Our professional team will setup, test, and turn on the floor prior to the start of your event. The floor will run its program on a loop until the event is over and has been turned off by our team. An on-site technician can be provided to operate and troubleshoot the floor during your event for an additional service fee. 

 Our LED dance floor sits 2.75 inches off the ground and includes inclined edges around the entire floor.
